Teenagers are Learning Machines
Every teenager has a burning desire to learn and be an achiever, BUT, not everyone can learn in
competitive
classroom environments. In a non-competitive learning environment, anyone can excel.
All teenagers, including those who are in conflict with classroom
environments, have a strong desire to learn and be an achiever. Many cannot achieve this goal
where their natural talents are out of harmony with the system.
These students need to be exposed to compatible influences, if not, they will
be wooed by negative influences, such as, street gangs, drugs and crime.
On the positive side, many high school dropouts discover their natural talent,
develop it and live productive lives. They, like college students, have a burning desire
to excel.
There is also a high percentage that simply gives up. The
Self-discovery Program
can offer opportunity that will inspire these teenagers, by using the same education
methods of dropouts who found success.
Just because a student gets
"Fs" in every class does not mean they don't want to learn or excel,
THEY
DO! EVERY TEENAGER DOES! They need to be in a non-competitive learning
environment with topics that relate to their interest and natural talent.
