The typical education system teaches 30% of our youth to
be failures. These same people could learn to be achievers in a different
learning environment. See chart below.
- Natural Talents
- The formal education system only measures academic
talents, not mechanical or other non-academic skills.
- Entering the Job Market
- When students leave the formal education system they fall into one of three
groups; graduates who find employment, dropouts who find employment, and
dropouts who become a burden on society.
- Team Education
- A team is a group of people who have a common interest, who share knowledge
to find the most efficient way to achieve a common goal. Team responsibility is
the most efficient learning environment known to man. It does not distinguish
between ethical or unethical goals.
- Teaching Failure in the Classroom
- Every year, the percent of teenagers rejecting the
formal education is growing. In South Carolina, the high school
dropout rate is 49%. The one-system-for-all education system is
outdated.
- Mindset of Street Gangs - Self-Destruction
- Why do some people's ambitions lead to self-destruction when the same skills
can be used to develop a motivating career and productive lifestyle?
